HE'S BACK!

Habib Beye is in the squad and looking for a place in the starting eleven for Saturdays evening kick off against the Gunners. With Beye in the team three points aren't out of the equation. A back four of Bassong, Colo, Enrique and Beye has the makings of a decent defence, and with Nolan returning after suspension and Owen with first team action under his belt players are coming back at the right time to have a positive effect on our current situation.

Arsenal are unbeaten in the premier league in 2009 so it will be a stiff test but we are running out of games and every point is important so its up to the players to show what they can do out there. I don't think there's any player in our squad who see's themselves as a championship player, however that's where we are headed unless they stop the rot.

Memories of 92 come flooding back and this run in is every bit as important for the future of this club as that one, we need a David Kelly and a Brian Kilcline on the pitch to give blood and guts for the cause, and in players like Beye and Martins we have people who genuinely love this place like we do!
