Habib New Year!

Habib New Year one and all... It's a special time of year, the Beyewatch boys (and Ernie) are together once again and the festivities have been how you say? 'Belter!'

Habib's been in touch (no joke) and apologised for missing out on providing a Queen's speech at Christmas. He has however kindly provided the following message of goodwill for 2009!

"I love the site, it makes me very happy and my mother looks often too. It has been so funny with the Xmas songs - you guys are crazy! Right now I am injured but I hope to be playing again very early in 2009 as it is a big year for the club. Best wishes to all of you and some good luck too - keep visiting the site as there will be some great things in 2009 I am sure (my agent's daughter is sending Kevin the video of me at Hanahana's with the egg, I hope you enjoy it)."

So there you have it... a ringing endorsement from the man himself. We wish Habib a speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming him back to the first team. Good God how we need him!

So let the Champagne flow, good will to all men (apart from Catermoles around the globe) . One day soon, we'll reveal some of what happened when Beyewatch met Habib. In the meantime, Happy New Year to you all!
